The Wellingtonia Labs name, wordmark, and the design and code of this site belong to Wellingtonia Labs GmbH. App names and marks belong to Wellingtonia Labs GmbH unless stated otherwise on the app itself.

This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, or that everything on it is current. Nothing here is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the ordinary courts of Zürich have jurisdiction. If you use this site as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.
